Joining the Cruising Association of Ireland

We openly welcome members and non-members alike to participate on the website and come cruising with us, but would like to extend an invitation to encourage you all to formally join us if you wish. Membership is only €30 annually and contributes towards the running of the association. Without this small membership fee we could not run the association.

(1) Payment via Standing Order (Preferred payment method) - handled by the ISA (Irish Sailing Association).

For new members joining via the standing order payment method in the late months of the year (October to December), we waive the membership to the following year, so rest assured that any new memberships received during the last quarter will not be applied until the new year.

In order to complete a membership application, please download the combined Membership Application and Standing Order Form by by clicking on the image below, and print and post the completed forms to address below.

(2) Online Payment via Credit Card / Paypal (handled via Paypal payment gateway).

Register on CRUISING.IE first : Before joining the association via online payment, you must first register on the CRUISING.IE website - you can do this using the option "Register on CRUISING.IE" on the membership menu. It is free to register on CRUISING.IE, and it does not constitute membership of the association. There will be an email verification process (check your email inbox), and a short delay where this is validated by an administrator (another email !). This delay in the registration process is necessary to keep the website free of SPAM. Click here to register.

Select "New Membership Subscription" from the MEMBERSHIP menu, and follow the instructions. This will lead you through a series of steps, and payment is requested via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to complete this process, you can pay by Credit Card using the secure paypal process. No payment details are captured or stored on the cruising.ie website, all payment details are handled by Paypal. Click here to pay membership by paypal online payment.

(3) Once-off payment by Cheque,  Postal Order or Bank draft
