Dear Fellow Cruisers,
This is just to remind you of the "Spring Rally" approaching on the 7th May. We plan to kick off the season by sailing in to the National Yacht Club in Dun Laoighaire for Dinner and a bit of fun. You may notice posters up in some of the yacht clubs around the wider Dublin area - pass the word around, and bring a few boats with you. If you don't see a poster in your local club, please do print off a copy and put one up. All cruising sailors are welcome, and we would especially encourage and welcome all those who came on the Liffey Cruise with us last year to come along again. There will also be a brief presentation on our plans for the Strangford Lough cruise in late July.
The National Yacht club have offered us FREE BERTHS for up to 30 rafted yachts on a first come, first served basis arriving from 3PM - overflow berths available in Dun Laoighaire marina next door. For Cruising Association members attending, the AGM will take place in a separate room before the main Dinner @ 8PM - cost of €20 per person payble on arrival for Dinner.
- Please advise the club directly if you are dining - 01-2805725. Advise name of table holder and numbers with contact details. Places are limited, and bookings must be received by 5th May so book early !
