The Annual General Meeting of the Cruising Association of Ireland will take place at 19:00 on Saturday 12 May 2012 in the National Yacht Club, Dun Laoghaire.

All cruising sailors are welcome to attend, but only paid-up members may vote.

The constitution provides for a substantial committee, and we are constantly looking for members who take an active interest in the management of the assocation. If you feel you might be ready to help the association by serving as a committee member, please let us know.

The Cruising Association's 2012 calendar dates have been published as shown on the following poster. Firstly, don't forget that the Photo competition closes on 29th February.  We kick off the season on the water with the Spring Rally, hosted by the National Yacht Club again this season. The plan for this year's summer cruise is to head south along the coast to Waterford, which leaves boats in a good position for anyone wishing to explore the south coast afterwards. The Liffey cruise & Dinner is a fixture again in late August. We will run a cruising log competition towards the end of the season for any logs published on Cruising.ie during or at the end of season.
